Process

HR is complicated enough; AKBridge the Gap keeps our engagement process simple.

Our engagement starts with a no-obligation, 30-minute call during which we discuss your current HR environment including who you have on your team, what documents you currently have in place, which challenges are keeping you up at night, and your goals for your business. During that conversation, we may request that documents like employee handbooks and other items be sent for review.

Online Conference Meeting

From that conversation and initial review, we will:

Identify priority areas for improvement based upon an initial evaluation of current practices, historic events, and federal and local laws that impact your industry.

Identify specific areas of improvement and prepare a customized proposal for your review.

Once you have reviewed the unique mix of project work, coaching, training, and/or consulting in the proposal, we will prepare a contract for signature.

From there, we are off to the races to bridge any HR gaps and reduce your litigation exposure but, more importantly, elevate your strategic HR function so it works for you and your employes as you grow your business.
